If those women can do it why can't you? (Ryan's comment to me while I was trying to do an exercise video with a resistance band. I bought the intermediate band. I'm no intermediate.)

"Look Mom, it's two of the same persons!" (Ryan pointing out identical twin boys who were walking in front of us at school)
"Maggie is my favorite friend at school because her name sounds like Maddie" (Maddie)
"I wanted Barack Obama to win because his name sounds like my friend Brock" (Maddie)
"It's not working!" (Tori, while sitting on the potty trying to go)

We can always trade in our potatoes (Maddie) (This is in reference to Mike having a fit about small potatoes. We get our produce from a co-op so he said to trade them for something else.)

Our apartment

We moved into our apartment Monday afternoon. It is two bedrooms, two bath, kitchen, living and laundry room. They gave us 2 twins and a rollaway for the kids so Tori doesn't have to sleep with us anymore. The kids are thrilled with the apartment and it sure beats living out of suitcases which is what we've done since thanksgiving. I made my first dinner in forever last night. We had meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Today we went to register the kids for school and all they did was copy my paperwork and say they would call me later. It hasn't snowed since we've been here but snow is everywhere anyway. Expecting 6 inches tomorrow. Good thing we get to park in the garage! Also, mike went to work for the first time today. We dropped him off at the train station.
